How do I create an account on my mobile phone?

  1. Click on the three bars at the top right
  2. Select “Bill Pay”
  3. Enter the facility State, City - the screen will change with more information
  4. Click on “Create an Account” at the top of the wording
  5. Enter all of your information: Email, Mobile Number, and Create a unique Password, then confirm
  6. You may be asked to retrieve your 6-digit, One Time Password from your email inbox (you will only have to do this once)
  7. If the system says that an account with that email address already exists, please click on “forgot my password” and follow the steps in the email
  8. When you get to the “My Account” section:
  9. You may link your Mobile Number (This allows you to use your mobile number to login in going forward by receiving a code via text message)
  10. You will be able to set up autopay, enter your credit card details, and see your unit information.


How do I Link my Unit to my Account?

  1. Once logged onto your account, click "Account Info" (middle of the page).
  2. From the dropdown, select "Link a space".
  3. Follow the prompts.
  4. Unit Number is expressed as "building Letter" - "unit number" i.e. A-1
  5. Access code is the last 4 digits of your mobile number. (your gate code to the facility has not changed)
  6. Once information is entered, select "Link a space to my account".

Please note: If you rent more than one unit, you will need to repeat the above process for each unit.

How do I Register/Login on my computer?

How do I manage more than one unit from My Account?

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click "Account Info" at the of the page.

Is PackAway Self Storage secure?

Yes, the facility is currently fully fenced with an electronic gate that requires a code to access. Additionally, management is in process of updating the security cameras and exterior lighting to further enhance the security of the facility.


Do you provide tenant protection plan or insurance?

Yes. We are offering an affordable, optional protection plan that aims to provide various amounts of protection to fit your needs. If you are not interested in our protection plan, you may rely on your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy to cover your belongings stored in your unit at our facility. Please be sure to read your policy thoroughly before relying on it for the protection of your property.

How do I rent?

PackAway Self Storage is currently offering contactless rentals. Please click "Select a Space" at the top of the page to review available units and follow the prompts.


How do I make payments?

Click "Pay Bill" at the top of the screen & Login to your account. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please click the "Contact Us" tab above or call/text (864) 209-1370 if you have would like to pay via ACH/E-check or if questions or concerns about making a payment.


How do I add a credit card?

While logged in, scroll to the bottom of your "My Account" page.


Is autopay required?

No, but autopay is a reliable and convenient method, so long as your card information and billing address is up to date.


When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of the month. However, if you would like to change your Autopay date, you may do so by clicking the "Contact Us" tab above or by phone/text (864) 209-1370.


Can I Prepay for my unit?

Yes, you may prepay for your unit from a period of 1-12 months. Login in to your account and select the amount of months you would like to prepay. The bill will automatically update. Next, confirm credit card details are correct and make your payment.


How long are your leases?

Leases are month to month.


Do I need to give notice of vacating my unit?

Yes. We require 10 days notice when you vacate your unit to ensure there are not additional charges. On the day of your move out, please remove your lock and make sure your unit is broom clean and free of any trash or belongings. Units that leave behind trash and/or are not clean may incur additional fees.


What if I have an issue accessing my account?

Reach out to PackAway Self Storage by clicking "Contact Us" at the top of the page. Please outline your issue and we will typically respond within 48 hours.


What if my gate code is not working?

Login to your account to confirm tenant status. If past due, make payment to bring the account current. If current, confirm access code is accurate and retry. If error, please complete the form outlining your issue by clicking the "Contact Us" tab above or call/text (864) 209-1370.
